Tips Regarding Moving to Abroad

#DefinitelyPTE

1. Packing
It is the most important thing prior to journey.
Do your packing as per the season. If it is winter, do packing according to that. If summer , take your regular winter wearppp with you. Always take umbrella with you because you can use it in both seasons i.e for summer and rainy.
Even though you are non-vegetarian and you can eat anything , carry some long lasting food item like pickel . It will definitely help you sometime if your tour is of more than a month.
1. Local currency;
Whenever you go to abroad, convert some of your money to local currency well in time. Get familiar with that currency to avoid fumbling. Remember, you have to pay for taxi or local transport in their currency only.
Please check your Debit/Credit card is of valid for international transaction. If not get it one from your bank. The bank charges you for transaction but those charges are nominal.
2. Immigration/customs;
If you are travelling for first time you get nervous regarding the procedure to travel abroad such as Visa applications, immigraton, customs. No need to worry about those all , if you have a clean record.
Read all the requirements for VISA application carefully.
Immigration is a little tedious and time consuming procedure as there is long queue at each immigration counter. Be ready with your planning of moving to abroad because they ask some questions regarding you tour dates and what you are going to do abroad.
3. Luggage and Bags
As there is limitation in carrying the luggage in airplane. You can not carry more than 32Kg including weight of bag.
So do weigh your bag at home or local shop before going to travel so you can be safe, if your bag weigh more than 32 kg they tell you to remove some stuff from your bag. So at that time it is very difficult to manage your luggage or you have to leave those thing there itself and airport authorities /airlines don’t take any responsibilty of that.
Always ask for the receipt of your luggage, that will be your proof if you loose your luggage.
Take photo of all of your boarding passses, luggage receipt and ticket for saftey purpose.
Don’t carry any banned material in your cabin bag, such as Perfume, lighter, alcohol, nailcutter, etc. Security check can catch you for that and then you may have to face several questions.
Always check all of your belongings after security check don’t forget anything at security check
4. Boarding Passes and seat reservation.
Some airlines provide you choice to select your seat in flight. You can do that online 2 to 3 days before your journey date.
So please reserve your favourite seat as early as possible to make your journey more pleasent.
Take your boarding pass online if airline is providing that facility, otherwise you have to take it from the counter at the airport.
Please do reach at airport at least 2 hours before the time, because somtimes the procedure may take time and you may miss the flight.
5. Journey in flight.
Please book the ticket as per journey time. if your journey is long then kindly reserve or ask for side seat instead of window and middle seat, because you don’t have to excuse others if you sits on side seat for things like going for whashroom etc.
Please ask for favour to flight attendants/Airhostes if you don’t know how to switch on TV, connect headphones, or if you want your cabin bag from the shelf.
6. Arrival in new country.
Please make sure that you have your all belongings with you before leaving the plane.
After arriving at airport go to procedure like immigration, luggage collection. If by mistake you loose your luggage kindly inform to luggage authority and show your boarding pass and your luggage receipt. They will fill PIR(Property Irregularity Report) and will provide you a copy of that.
please refer to the terms and conditions after that apply for your claim.
7. Living in another country
Living in antoher country is not that difficult.
Only you have to search for shops and resorts where you can get the things of your interest.
Always be in contact with your family members. You have to learn some do's and dont's from their culture in order to be safe.
In Non-English country you will face communication problem everywhere if you don’t know their language.
Always try to learn something from their culture it will create some bonding between the people you meet and you.
Don’t get angry at any cost . You may land up in trouble.
Always take care of your health because if you fall ill then there will be loss of your health, money and most importantly time. So always do care of your health if you are living abroad.

Speech: How to achieve success?

Honourable dignitaries on and off the dias, respected judges, curious audience , I would like to express my views on the  topic which is close to everyone's heart i.e. 'How to achieve success in life ' . It's pleasure to see such huge audience here. I recall some lines here.

"The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
And miles to go before I sleep "

Friends, as you know there is no shortcut to success . To achieve success you need proper guidance. You should have clear view of the success you want. So set the goal you want to achieve. Dedication towards the goal is an important factor. Nothing can be gained without it. In achieving success, planning plays a crucial role. Plan your work and execute it accordingly. Well planned  is half done. You need to read the successful stories to get inspired. Shouldn't we follow the successful people ? The most important thing to pursue the goal is knowledge and information without which goal will be fruitless. Get the knowledge from all the sources. Collect essential information about the goal you have set.
Is there anything impossible? The word 'impossible' itself says I'm possible. Working with passion and confidence will gear up you towards success. Remember, hard work is the key to success. In the journey of success on  many occasions, your have to sacrifice some petty things . Never give up attitude and perseverance are the two weapons to win the success. Believe in your efforts, success will be yours. I would like to wind up speech. Thanks for the patience you have shown during my entire speech. I would like to say thanks to the organiser for organising elocution contest.
Thank you everyone.
